MANAGER FOOD SERVICES REQUIRED
Rehman Medical Institute, Hayatabad Peshawar is a state of the art health care and education services provider having two major tertiary care hospitals, a medical college, nursing school and paramedic school.
The institute requires the services of a Manager to run a self accounting Nutrition and Food Service Department consisting of in patient room services, tuc shops and three large cafeterias
Pre-requisites are:-
Oualrficatkm; Preferably Master or minimum of Bachelor degree.
Professional: Diploma in hotel/eatenng management. Specialized training in food services management and basic nutrition would be preferred. Work Experience:
Minimum five years experience in quality food services provision at management level, preferably in a private hospital or hospitality industry. Should be able to:
m Planning, budgeting, catering, accounting and record keeping. m Organize efficient room service, cafeteria service, banquets and event catering m Good communication skills and a keen eye for fiygiene and sanitation.
