Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement and manage HR strategies for Recruitment. Compensation, Performance Management. 00. Training and Employee Relations which are aligned with Corporate Goals.

Continuously review and propose changes in HR Policies. Compensation and Benefits in order to make these competitive and to enhance Employee Stratification

Foster a corporate culture and environment for Talent Management, promoting Employees Performance through a merit driven result oriented mindset. Employee Development. Career and Succession Planning. Induct HR Best Practices and Process Improvements to ensure that the Company’s Human Cap:tai Is its long term irreversible competitive advantage.

Enhance Employee Involvement, Engagement and Commitment through intensive Employee interaction, Internal Commumcalion and Employee Events.

Work closely with the Management to deliver the HR Strategy, it onsure a proactive approach in managing the H R services across the business in line with strategic Objectives.

Qualification and Experience
Key Responsibilities

Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compifcng and analyzing account information. Documents financial transactions by entering account information. Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.

Summarizes current financial stalus by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.

Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.

Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures. Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information. Secures financial information by completing data base backups. Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.

Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and reguiat»ons.

Accomplishes the result by performing the duty.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Required Skills

Computer literacy and good knowledge of trie MS Office application Ability lo work well urvtcr pressure and lo keep deadlines. Proficiency m spoken and wntten Urdu and E nglish required. Strong interpersonal skfls Problem Solving skills
M B A majoring In HR with core HR experience.

Candidate should Nave strong knowledge and experience of the critical and professional role of HR in Corporate Business. S.’he should have exceflent leadership, interpersonal, communication, analytical, decision making and problem solving abilities aloivg wrth the highest level of integrity and work ethics. Exposure to organizational restructuring, charge management and cultural transformation would bo an advantage Age: Should not exceed 50 years

Recruitment Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Administe< end-to-end recruitment and selection process. Prepare Job Descriptions, if not available, for open positions.

Receive Manpower Requisitions from hiring managers, searching and shortlist candidates, and schedule interweaves with hiring managers.

Sourcing candidates for open positions through available medium such as job portals, newspapers

advertisements and other sources.

Pre-screen applicants as per job Description.

Prepare and securing approval for employment offers.

Secure applicants acceptance to the offers made.

Complete documentation for employees files, check rofnrenr.es, etc.

Conduct orientation of new staff.

Any other work assigned by the Management.

Qualification and Experience

MBA majoring in HR with core HR experience.
