Call Centre Agents/ Supervisors/ Administrators • Answer inbound calls as well as assist citizens/ customers who have specific inquiries; Provide personalized customer service of the highest level; Update the existing database with changes and the status of each customer/citizen; Follow up the calls of the clients / customers / citizens. Pleasant and friendly mannerism; Basic computer knowledge / technological skills; Good verbal and oral communication skills; • Ability to comprehend, capture as well as interpret basic citizen information; • Ability to treat people with respect under all circumstances, instil trust in other besides upholding the value of the organization; • Sound judgemental power; • Ability to adapt to change; • Punctuality Dependability to follow instructions as well as take responsibility for their actions and also keep commitments; • Analyse the various parts of a problem properly and develop logical solutions; • Good Social skills; A sound knowledge of telephone etiquettes. Must hold Bachelor Degree of HEC recognized university of Pakistan; • 3 years of relevant experience preferably.
