Lahore Electric Supply Company invites applications through NTS for the following posts on contract basis initially for one year (regularized on satisfactory performance). The requisite qualification / experience and other conditions are given below:

Junior Engineer

1 -Subordinate accounts Service Examination of Government Accounts Department with a minimum of 5- year experience in Audit and Accounts of Government department / Semi Government organization / Corporations/ Autonomous Bodies or large Public Limited Companies of repute.


2-Passed    Intermediate/ Foundation examination of the institute of Chartered Accounts or first three parts of the institute of Cost and management Accountants.


3-    M. Com/MBA (Major in finance) with 2-year experience or B.Com with 5-year experience in BPS-16 or equivalent thereof in Audit and Accounts of Government Department / Semi Government organization / corporations/ Autonomous bodies or large public limited companies of repute.
Assistant Manager (Accounts)

Master degree or equivalent (with at least 60% marks) in computer Science / Infonnation Technology, computer software engineering related field from a HEC recognized University / Institute (candidates having four years bachelor degree in computer related fields are also eligible)

Technical Qualification: Must obtain at least 60% marks in the professional test consisted of; 1: Computer Aptitude.

MBA / MBIT / MPA / MA (HRM) / M.Com / M.Sc (Computer Science) or equivalent/Master Degree in Economics, English, Statistics and Mathematics) from HEC recognized University or Institute.

Minimum two 1st Divisions from Matric to Master level.

Capable of operating computers with special emphasis on windows and MS Office application.

Assistant Manager (HR)

The age relaxation allowed as per Government Policies are already given against all posts. Further age relaxation will be granted for 2-years as per decision of BOO LESCO.

Applicants are advised to read the following instructions carefully before filling the relevant post application form available on the NTS website with this advertisement.


1.    Provincial quota, 10% Women, 5% Minorities & 2% Disabled quota will be observed as per policy.

2.    Candidates applying against disabled quota must attach Disability certificate from Assessment Board for the Disabled persons from City/District/Provincial Council for Rehabilitation of Disabled persons.

3.    Govt, serving Employees who completed at least 2-years as regular service till the last date of submission of application, will be entitled age relaxation up to10-years and are also advised to apply after getting approval by concerned authority.

4.    Computer knowledge is mandatory for all posts.

5.    Only short listed applicants will be called for induction test/interview.

6.    Company has the right to reject one or all applications without assigning any reason.

7.    LESCO reserves the right to withhold the recruitment process at any stage.

8.    Dismissed /screened out employees of any organization or having criminal record are not eligible for employment in LESCO.

9.    Concealment or mis-representation of facts at any stage will lead to disqualification of candidate.

10.Candidates    may contact NTS for any query/enquiry regarding written test, display of provisional and final list of candidates, roll number slip, test centers, result etc.

11.    No TA/DA will be allowed to candidates for test /interview.

12.    Incomplete applications and the applications received after due date will not be considered.

13.    Last date for receipt of applications is 15-05-2015.

II.    Test fee will be charged to candidates @ Rs: 600/- per applicant. Test fee shall be paid in any branch of UBL, HBL,MCB or ABL on prescribed Bank Challan downloadable from website: www.nts.org.pk

III.    Disabled quota is exempted from fee.

IV.    Candidates are required to send complete prescribed application form along with attested copies of all educational documents, domicile certificate, CNIC and other relevant documents/certificates as well as two recent passport size photographs through courier service / Pakistan post etc. to; Manager Operations National Testing Service 1-E, Street No: 46,1-8/2 ISLAMABAD.

V.    Applications submitted by hand or received after due date will not be entertained.
