COMPANY SECRETARY REQUIRED
A well reputed Banking Company is looking for a young and dynamic Company Secretary, not more than 45 years of age, who can grow with the organization.
The successful candidate should have a Law Degree with at least five years’ experience of handling corporate affairs of a listed company. Candidates with working knowledge of banking laws would be given preference. In addition, the candidate should be either a member of a recognized body of professional accountants or a member of a recognized body of corporate or chartered secretaries.
