The Bank of Punjab is one of the leading banks of Pakistan with a large network of branches. The Bank is looking for professional bankers to fill the following positions:

Senior Position in Special Assets Management (Lahore based):

The ideal candidate should be able to develop, evaluate and implement strategy for managing classified assets. The incumbent shall also be responsible for remedial management and maximizing recovery.

The eligibility criteria for the position will be as follows:

Qualification: MBA / BBA (Hons) or equivalent from an HEC recognized institution, preference will be given to incumbents having additional qualification of Law.

Experience: More than 10 years of diversified banking experience out of which at least 03 years in a similar position. Age: Not more than 45 years.

Senior Position in Commercial Banking (Lahore based):

The candidate will be responsible for business development ensuring acceptable level of internal controls, credit risk and customer services. The incumbent must also be able to assist the management in developing, implementing and execution of adequate systems and controls for maximization of stake holders wealth.

The eligibility criteria for the position will be as follows:

Qualification: MBA / BBA (Hons) or equivalent from an HEC recognized institution.

Experience: More than 10 years of diversified banking experience out of which at least 03 years in a similar position. Age: Not more than 45 years.

Senior Position in Retail/Consumer Finance (Lahore based):

The position is responsible for business development, planning of Retail/Consumer Banking products, management of service delivery to the clients, ensuring acceptable level of internal controls and credit risk with the ability to develop new products, project planning and execution.

The eligibility criteria for the position will be as follows:

Qualification: MBA / BBA (Hons) or equivalent from an HEC recognized institution.

Experience: More than 10 years of diversified banking experience out of which at least 03 years in a similar position. Age: Not more than 45 years.

Team Leaders – Retail/Consumer Finance (All Pakistan basis):

The candidate should be able to lead a team of professionals for business development within the Bank’s policy framework, should also have the ability to identify associated risks and their mitigants and should be capable to achieve assigned business targets.

The eligibility criteria will be as follows:

Qualification: MBA / BBA (Hons) or equivalent from an HEC recognized institution. Experience: More than 6 years of banking experience relevant to Retail/Consumer banking. Age: Not more than 40 years.

Relationship Managers – Retail/Consumer Finance (All Pakistan basis):

The candidate should have the ability to effectively market Retail/Consumer products, must be able to evaluate and process credit proposals in line with the Bank’s policy to achieve assigned targets.

The eligibility criteria will be as follows:

Qualification: MBA / BBA (Hons) or equivalent from an HEC recognized institution. Experience: More than 3 years of banking experience relevant to Retail/Consumer banking. Age: Not more than 35 years.
