Master’s Degree proferably in Management Sciences at least 2nd Division from a recognized University with 17 years administrative experience in grade 17 or abovo. or equivalent in the Public Sector. Corporate Sector, Private Sector or in a University or Education Department Master’s Degree preferably in Management at least 2nd Division from a recognized slty with 13 years administrative expert in grade 17 or above, or equivalent in the Sector. Corporate Sector, Private Sector or in a Urworsity or Education Department. Chartered Accountant or holder of a 2nd class Master’s Degree In Business Administration. M.Com or M.A. Economics with at least 18 years experience in the relevant field in any GovernmenVSeml Government organization In BS-17 or above. He should have comprehensive knowledge of Government Finance Rules and Regulations. Knowledge of tho use of computers will be preferably.
