Qualification/Experience:-
(a) a retired civil servant of the rank of the Secretary to the Government, possessing at lease twenty years experience of dealing with revenue matters or civil administration; or
(b) a Law graduate who has at lease 17 years’ experience in civil, revenue or liquidation matters; or
(c) a Chartered Accountant who has at lease 15 years’ experience, preferably in matters relating liquidation.
Note: (1) In case of (b) above, a list of 10 cases conducted by the applicant in the High Court / Supreme Court, including 3 cases reported in a reputed Law Journal, in which according to the applicant some important questions of law have been decided shall be annexed with the application and shall be a factor supporting experience.
(2) In case of (c) above, the applicant’s association with two winding up / liquidation cases, as a functionary of some reputed company / firm, or otherwise, particularized in his application shall be a factor to substantiate experience.
