Senior Structural Engineer
Duties and responsibilities:
- Design Structural work for concrete and steel buildings including technical calculations for the lateral loads (wind and seismic loads).
- Design using the latest international codes and standards, in particular the American standards for the structural design, such as: ACI, ASCE, ASIC, PCI and IBC.
- Having a good Experience in preparing the design performance criteria and guideline detail drawings for the design of the pre-cast/pre- stressed buildings.
- Responsibility as a structural team leader and Coordinate of all inputs of all structural junior engineers, and also coordination with other disciplines.
- Presentation to and attendance at meetings with the Client’s structural representative.
- Technical verification of the structural outputs (drawings, calculations and reports) in terms of Client’s design needs, code compliance and safety.
- Good knowledge of quality-oriented design document production.
- Reviewing Bill of Quantity (BOQ) and Specification.
Experience/Qualific ations
- A minimum of twelve (12) years experience in structural design.
- B.Sc. degree, as a minimum.
Skills
- Structural design Programs such as: STAADPro or ETABs and SAFE or SAP.
- AutoCAD.
- Excellent communication skill in English, speaking and writing.
Structural Engineer
Duties and responsibilities:

- Design using mechanical software’s such as: Elite (for HVAC and Fire), HAP … etc or similar software’s.
- Design using the latest international codes and standards, in particular the American standards for the mechanical design, such as: IBC, NFPA, ASHRAE and UPC.
- Responsibility as a mechanical team leader and Coordinate of all inputs of all mechanical junior engineers, and also coordination with other disciplines.
- Technical verification of the mechanical outputs (drawings, calculations and reports) in terms of Client’s design needs and code compliance.
- Good knowledge of quality-oriented design document production.

Quantities Surveyor / Cost Estimator
Duties and responsibilities:
- Quantity estimating (in detailing) for the proposed design drawings; mainly on civil and architectural work. A good (or separate) background for quantity estimating of the electro-mechanical work is also required.
- Preparing Materials take-off and Manpower Breakdown.
- Detailed Cost Estimates.
- Preparing construction and Materials specifications.
- Preparing Tender/Contract documents (Request for Proposal; RFP).
- Good knowledge of quality-oriented contract/tender document production.
Experience/Qualific ations
- A minimum of five (5) years experience in Quantity estimating and detailed Cost Estimates.
- B.Sc. degree.
Skills
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Project Manager) and any software related to the cost and Quantity estimate.
- AutoCAD.
- Primavera.
- Excellent knowledge of electronic file management.
- Excellent communication skill in English, speaking and writing.
