Chief Operating Officer- MF Transformation
Purpose of The Position :
Lead MF transformation considering the strategic guidelines from BRAC International HO, director-MF, Country Representative and country regulatory authorities.
Major Responsibility :
– To ensure prompt business transformation/formation from existing nature to the new model as envisaged by BRAC International head office and in keeping with the regulatory framework of Pakistan.
– Liaison with governmental and legal regulatory authorities, and financial institutions including The state bank of Pakistan.
-To develop strategic plans for new entities operations, budgets, and delivery mechanisms in consultation with BRAC International HO, and coordination with Programme Manager of MF.
– Provide technical support to MF programme operation when required and work closely with MF programme manager to gathering required information and ideas for MF transformation.
-Build and maintain healthy relationship with funding agencies for optimum financial sourcing and acceptability.
– Work with HR team and programme Manager to ensure capacity development of the MF programme staff.
Educational Requirements Postgraduate degree in Management or relevant
Financial specialization Experience Requirements At least 10 years overall relevant work experience,
a minimum 5 of which should have been a senior management position in a retail bank or MF organization handling a large portfolio Salary Negotiable
