CAREER OPPORTUNITY

CHILD I.IFF. FOUNDATION (CLF) is a charitable organization committed to providing distinctive service in pediatric emergency units in public hospitals and developing resources and partnerships to ensure that critical and high risk children have access to quality health care. The following category of management staff is required for the corporate office of CLF as per job specifications and brief job description indicated against each position:    
1. CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Qualifications:    Bachelors/Masters Degree in Management.
Experience:    15 – 20 years experience in a similar position or a position of authority looking after the responsibilities of a department head of a large company.
Age:    Minimum 45 years
Job Responsibilities :    Planning, organizing, staffing, leading and managing all the emergency units of CLF located in the city. The position reports to the Board of Trustees of CLF and the incumbent is required to run the aff airs of CLF at corporate level in consultation with the Trustees. Working knowledge of policies and practices of HR, Finance and IT is essential.
2. CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER ^    
Qualifications:    ACA/ACMA/Masters Degree in Finance/Accountancy.
Experience:    Minimum 15-20 years' post qualification experience in managing the financial affairs of a company or Charitable Foundation.
Age:    Minimum 40 years
Job Responsibilities:    Develop and implement effective long and short term financial strategies, controls framework and management systems to guide and support the business operations of CLF. Co-ordinate the preparation and implementation of CLF's annual budget based on requirements of individual emergency units. Monitor actual expenditure vis-a-vis donations received by the Foundation. Prepare periodic statutory financial reports for the information of the Board of Trustees.

3. CHIEF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY OFFICER ^    
Qualifications:    Bachelors/Masters Degree (Computer Scicncc)/MBA(MIS)
Experience :    Minimum 15 years' post qualification experience in development of infrastructure and implementation of business systems, data management and MIS. Knowledge of current ERP systems.
Age:    Minimum 35 years.
Job Responsibilities:    Direct, plan and implement enterprise IT system in support of business operations. Evaluate overall operations of computing and information technology functions, recommend enhancements and establish operating policies and approaches. Data management of patient history and generate reports.
