Farmers Friend Organization (FFO) is a development non-governmental organization that was established in 2003 and is registered under the Societies Registration Act 1860. FFO is now working as a specialized Microfinance Institution (MFI) and is engaged in delivering financial services to the poor to help them increase their income and improve their living standards.

POSITION EDUCATION KEY SKILLS EXPERIENCE
Manager IT Masters in Computer Sciences High command on Software, Hardware & Database Management At least 4 Years experience
Manager Internal Audit MBA (Banking & Finance)/ACCA (Complete) Developing audit scope, objectives, and work plans, designing and implementing the audit strategies Relevant experience of 3 Years (at least) preferably in Microfinance Sector
Internal Audit Officer M.Com/MBA (Banking & Finance) Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures related to Internal Audit Relevant experience of 1 Year (at least) preferably in Microfinance Sector
Human Resource Officer MBA(HRM) Communication and organizational skills relating Human Resource Relevant experience of 2 Years
Branch Managers Preferably Masters or Graduation (BA etc.) Skills to cope credit or financial situations, computer literacy and proficient in portfolio management At least 3-5 Years experience as Branch Manager/Microfinance Operations
Credit Officer Preferably Graduation or Intermediate Support services for loan processing operations At least 1 Year experience of Microfinance Operations
Communication Officer Preferably Masters Interpersonal, written and verbal communications, organizational skills, fluency in speaking and writing English At least 2 Years experience in the relevant field
