2 COMPANY SECRETARY M B A/M A/M Sc/M. Com, or equivalent from a recognized University and LL.B will be considered as an additional qualification. 40-55 years Should have at least 10-15 Years’ experience in organizing, meetings for BoDs and for shareholders. To prepare minutes agenda notices proxies for taking minutes of Board meeting and annual general meetings (AGMs). Well acquainted with provision of Companies Ordinance and other legal requirements in this regard, knowledge of financial management, accounting and tax implication of proposed policies and corporate Governance Maintenance of statutory books. Report writing and decision convey to stakeholder. Maintenance of register of stakeholders. Dealing with regulatory lawyer and auditors. 1 X
3 DEPUTY MANAGER (ADMN) MA/ M.Sc./ MPA/MBA/ LLB 35-45 years 10-15 years’ experience in field of Administration. 1 X
4 CHIEF MINING (ENGR.) B.E (Mining)/ M. Phil/ PHD, Engineering with excellent academic record and registered with Engineering Council of Pakistan. 40-58 years Experience of over 10 years in mining surveying, and familiarization with open-pit mining techniques. Acquaintance with mineral processing shall be treated as extra qualification. To monitor the mining plan and productional activates of the mining projects. 1 IX
5 PRINCIPAL B.E, B.S (Eng)/ M.Sc (Eng.) 35-40 years 8-10 years’ experience in relevant filed (TTC, Polytechnic and likewise institutes). (Preference will be given to Master Degree) 1 VIII
