DEPUTY SERVICE MANAGER
Job Description: Help to develop or update Service Policies and Procedures, Manage recruiting, training, and performance management of the team, Develop and measure KPIs to determine and improve the effectiveness of all services activities including company’s revenue, Resolve customers’ enquiries in timely and accurate fashion to ensure customer satisfaction, Monitor, analyze and develop action plans to control the product market quality, sales return level and related warranty / refurbishing costs
Qualification & Experience: Minimum 5 years in management position of service or quality related function. Proficient in computer literacy. BE / B. Tech (preferably in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics), Exposure in spare parts inventory management systems and procedures.
Job Description: Perform secretarial and executive support to Chief Executive Officer, Plan and organize activities and coordinate communication with staff, Maintain and circulate a variety of records, Provide regular support in preparing letters, reports, memoranda and other material, Attend meetings, take minutes and follow-up on action. Qualification & Experience: Should have a Bachelors or higher degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience. Good written & spoken English, Excellent interpersonal skills & knowledge of MS Office.
