1. Executive Secretary to Rector
Job Description: The Executive Secretary provides professional-level administrative, operational and policy services along with direct administrative assistance to the Rector, which may involve highly sensitive and/or confidential matters using independent judgment, tact and discretion for successful performance of the work. Executive Secretary is also responsible for internal and external correspondence on behalf of the Rector.
Qualification and Experience required: Master degree with minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
Skills: • Excellent communication (written and spoken) skills in English
• Ability to manage multi-tasking in fast and challenging environment
• Well developed computer skills with an advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office, internet and email applications
2. Warden Hostel (Female)
Job Description: Female Hostel Warden shall frame policies on the running of the hostel and other facilities within the hostel and also ensure maintenance of discipline, cleanliness, rigging free environment, quality and quantity of food service, health and safety measures in hostel and its mess.
Qualification and Experience required: Master degree with minimum 8-10 years of administrative experience (3-5 years of hostel management experience will be preferred).
Skills: Must have strong command on written and verbal communication in English with excellent counseling, organization, customer service, analytical, problem solving and motivational skills.
3. Deputy Warden Hostel (Male)
Job Description: Responsible for new residents after verification of hostel dues, along with maintaining discipline, cleanliness, food quality, hostel residents record, entry/exit logbook of students and guests; manage logistics support and ensure timely transport service.
Qualification and Experience required: Master degree with minimum 4-6 years of administrative experience (2-3 years of hostel management experience will be preferred).
