MANAGER FOOD & BEVERAGES
Manager F & B shall be responsible for the efficient operations of SIHS’s catering department within budget restraints, under the direction & guidance of the Principal and in coordination with General Manager-SMDC.
At least 10 years experience in hotel / hospitality industry shall be required with the ability to organize, instruct, train and supervise the staff of Catering Department. The incumbent should be able to handle physical inventory of all food and supplies on daily, monthly and yearly basis.
At least 10 years of experience is required in leading restaurants / hotels in Italian & Continental cuisines and bakery items. Person must be able to upgrade the kitchen operations, creating new menus and presenting top food quality. He / She will make sure to update menus, new service styles and control costs. The incumbent must have skills to bring innovation in recipes of different food items.
