Manager Finance, Admin. 8 HR – Islamabad
Manager Finance, Admin. & HR will be based in the Country Office – Islamabad and reporting to the Country Representative, takes a leadership role in financial planning & analysis, human resource management, and office administration/logistics for Organizations’ operations in Pakistan. He/she ensures that adequate finance, administration and HR procedures and systems are in place, and funds are efficiently used according to organizational and donor guidelines.
Project Coordinator(WASH) – District Layyah
WASH project Coordinator will be responsible for timely and effective implementation of the WASH activities in Schools; all communication and coordination with local authorizes; reporting of the activities to line manager and working cluster/group; administrative and logistic arrangement for the implementation of the activities; developing staff capacity for the implementation of the activities; developing effective training materials and hand-outs in local language/Urdu/English; preparation of the BoQs and implementation of the construction aspects of the WASH.
The Finance Assistant will be based in Country Office Islamabad and will be responsible for all aspects of the day to day Finance and Admin functions of the Solidar office in Islamabad. The Finance Assistant will ensure effective implementation of the Finance and Admin control systems according to Solidar guidelines and procedures within Pakistan legal environment. Managing functions related to petty cash, voucher management, software posting, tax handling, he/she would also be responsible to provide assistance in HR function of the Organization including but not limited to leave management, insurance records, contract renewals etc.
