Main duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall quality of food , cost control (provision of cost effective food service), kitchen inventory, preparing & updating menus, preparing standard recipes & following optimum hygiene standards
Fundamental understanding of sanitation, cleanliness and personal hygiene. Ability to read, write and understand English (Level-2). A team player and ability to handle multiple tasks assigned simultaneously.
