Min Qualification: Intermediate
Min Experience: 3 years in well known reputible Hotel or Club
Main duties & Responsibilities: Responsible lor the overall quality of food, cost control (provision of effective food service), kitchen inventory, preparing & updating menus, preparing standard recipes & following optimum hygiene standards.
Required Skills Fundamental understanding o) sanitation, cleanliness and personal hygiene Ability to read, write and understand English (Level-2) A team player and ability to handle multiple tasks assigned simultaneouly.
