He has to provide administrative services and will manage the security, transport, liaison with Govt, departments, housekeeping, recoveries & legal issues, labor matters, traveling arrangements, lands/real estate and fire-fighting etc. He will ensure that Administration Department works effectively in collaboration with other departments of the company.
University degree in business / public administration or law along with minimum 10 years post qualification experience at company of medium or large scale. He should be hands on with the all functions of administration and should have assertive, negotiation and managerial skills. Candidate must be below 40.
The role has to assist the Plant Manager in HR matters and to carry out HR tasks like recruitment & training of workers, welfare matters and other personnel work with the coordination of Plant Manager & HR Manager. He will work in close collaboration with other departments at factory.
University degree in Business / HR along with minimum 4 years post qualification experience. He should be hands on with all HR functions at plant. Candidates also must have the experience in employee relationship.
