Principal / Key Responsibilities: Production Planning & Execution at maximum efficiency that includes body preparation, foaming assembly and packing line within company’s quality standards. Maintain high productivity with the application of the lean manufacturing techniques. Improve production process by managing the processes of body preparation, foaming, forming, assembly line, function testing and final inspection.

Position Specification: Degree: BE Electrical / Mechanical. Minimum 7-10 years of work experience in Refrigeration / Electronics / Home Appliances Company.

Skills Requirements: Firm knowledge of refrigeration design circuit, testing procedures, QC standards, ISO documentation. Additional knowledge of heat management and eutectics is highly preferable.


Principal / Key Responsibilities: Devise and establish company’s quality procedures, standard and specification, production and external vendors. Review customer requirements and ensure that they are met. Monitor performance by gathering relevant data, producing statistical reports. Position Specification: Degree: BE in Mechanical / Electrical. Minimum 5-7 years of working experience in Refrigeration Company.

Skills Requirements: Effective communication, Strong project management and multi-tasking skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office. Candidate must possessing exposure of ISO compliance management shall be preferred.


Principal / Key Responsibilities: Responsible for managing entire administrative affairs of the company which include General Administration, Housekeeping, Repair & Maintenance, Facility Management, Factory Administration, Preparing & Implementing Security Plans of the Factory, Warehouses, Service Centers and Regional Offices across the country.

Position Specification: Degree: Graduate / Post Graduate. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Managerial cadre. Candidates retired from Armed Services shall be preferred. Skills Requirements: Effective communication skills, leadership skills, decision making skills, proactiveness and solution oriented approach.


Principal I Key Responsibilities: Responsible to propose, design & develop project from interaction with sales team, customer and other industry participants. To manage AutoCAD operation, prepare shop drawing, verify design, airflow diagram and calculate heating & cooling. Handle complaints to the full satisfaction of the customer and the company. Provide excellent customer service to comply with all occupational health and safety legislation, guidelines, standards, policies, procedures and practices. Position Specification: Preferably holding a Bachelor’s Degree / B-Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a higher degree. Minimum 5 years of experience in leading HVAC function for High-End Projects along with the knowledge of latest engineering software like AutoCAD.

Skills Requirements: Capable of taking product development projects from concept to commercialization.


Principal / Key Responsibilities: Manage online sales with e-commerce websites, review new business opportunities and pursue new markets, meet and exceed sales targets, manage inventory across all online shopping portals, assist with digital marketing campaigns.

Position Specification: Degree: BS Computer Science/B.Com/Diploma in Computer Sciences (Web Development). Minimum 2-3 years of experience within online marketing channels. Skills Requirements: An interest in online retail and marketing, B2B marketing Skills, Basic HTML skills, Highly competent with computers and the internet, Microsoft Excel Skills, including formulas and graphs, Experience with Content Management System (CMS), Strong communication (both written and oral) and negotiation skills.
