individuals who are competent, motivated and goal oriented for the following posts:-
■ Assistant Director (Financial Management Improvement Program / SAP) (SPS-9)
■ Deputy Assistant Director (Financial Reporting and Funds Management) (SPS-8)
■ Junior Assistant-I (Finance / Accounts / Audit) (SPS-4)

• The candidates wishing to apply for the above mentioned posts are advised to carefully read the given details to ascertain their eligibility status and follow the application guidelines available on our website
• First class in final degree is mandatory for all the posts mentioned above. Only one second class / division in the entire academic career from matric onwards is allowed for all the posts
• The appointment on all posts will be offered on contract basis. However, suitably qualified candidates with relevant experience may be considered for regular appointment
• Candidates having the profile, skillsand exposure of similar projects in the public sector as prescribed for the post of Assistant Director (Financial Management Improvement Program / SAP) (SPS-9) on our website, may also be considered for appointment on Deputation. All such candidates fulfilling the prescribed eligibility criteria who wish to be considered for appointment through deputation from their parent organization should apply for the same “Through Proper Channel”
• Only short listed candidates as per merit would be called for written test / interview
• Compliance to eligibility criteria for any post docs not guarantee short listing for written test/interview
• If a large number of applications arc received for any post then only the best suitable candidates would be called for written test i interview
• Employees of Govt / Semi Govt / Autonomous organizations should apply “Through Proper Channel”
• Ex-armed forces personnel should also submit attested photocopies of their armed forces discharge certificate / release / retirement order and NOC in respect of re-employment from SPD along with their application forms
• Completely filled Application Forms along with detail updated CVs, attested photocopies of the degrees, final transcripts, certificates, final marks sheets from matric onwards. CNIC, recent passport size photograph, all other particular documents required to support the candidate’s eligibility for the applied post and postal order / pay order / draft of Rs. 100/- in favour of 1ST should be sent to the address mentioned below
• All the posts arc Islamabad based. Test / Interview for the posts will be conducted only at IST, Islamabad
