PROGRAM COORDINATOR HCSM
The position Is responsible for coordinating the Healthcare Systems Management Program of the Department of Medical Education. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage the entire operations of Healthcare Systems Management Program, Including its planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
• Coordinate with faculty for HCSM program and ensure that program is conducted as planned.
• Participate in the development and updating of curriculum for the HCSM Program.
• Conduct the examination and assessment processes and serve as Controller for HCSM Program.
• Manage the entire admission process and act as co-interviewer at all interview stations.
• Supervise the direct subordinates in coordination with the visiting faculty of HCSM Program.
• Serve as faculty for the course. Qualification:
MBA preferably in Healthcare Management OR Masters In Public Health OR M.Sc. Statistics/ Epidemiology from a reputable university OR DCPS-HCSM. Skills Requirement:
