LEGAL ADVISOR REQUIRED
Sindh TEVTA is looking for a full-time Legal Advisor for initially a period of 06 months, to defend the Authority on account of Authority's various legal matters which include but not limited to:
• Employees service matters.& terminal benefits.
• Legal advice on rules, regulations & policies framing / implementation, etc.
• Prevent interest of the Authority on account of conflict of interest / procurement I property I assets / dispute resolutions / contracts, regulatory and governance matters.
Interested candidates (meeting prerequisite qualifications to appear before High Courts, Service Tribunal and lower courts) may submit their CVs along with relevant documents latest by 29th June, 2012.
