Chief Information Officer
We are looking for an individual who will be responsible to develop a vision for the IT Department, ensuring high quality of overall services from IT Department and its business partners through establishment and maintenance of an appropriate technological infrastructure. •
The successful candidate should meet the following minimum requirements:
• Qualification & Experience:
Ideal candidate in this role will be a Masters in IT. Computer Science or equivalent from a reputed institution with minimum 15 years of managerial IT experience, preferably with experience of working in a multinational environment. A minimum of 8 years experience managing the IT functions in the financial industry.
Manager Credit Risk Review
We are looking for an individual who will be responsible to develop and strengthen credit risk review unit. He / She will perform onsite. offsite, pre disbursement and post disbursement credit cases / portfolio reviews. Will develop Analytics. Metrics and KPIs for consumer credit portfolios. He / She will identify trends and assess the credit quality and portfolio. Will carry out effective nsk reporting on the findings of Credit Cases / portfolio reviews with recommendations for improvement in credit processes.
The successful candidate should meet the following minimum requirements:
• Qualification & Experience:
Ideal candidate in this role will be MBA Finance / MSc Statistics or any relevant discipline from a reputed institution with minimum 5 years of banking experience of which 3 years must be in credit risk management / BRR.
Manager Operational Risk
We are looking for an individual who will support in development and implementation of policies and procedures of operational risk. He / She will be involved in development and implementation of operational risk framework across the organization. Also work for development and implementation of related tools i.e. risk and control self assessment, KRIs. and loss data collection.
The successful candidate should meet the following minimum requirements:
• Qualification & Experience:
Ideal candidate m this role win be MBA Finance / MSc Econometrics/ ACA / ACCA from a reputed institution with minimum 5 years of banking experience of which 3 years must be in Operational Risk Management.
Assistant Manager Statistical Analyst
We are looking for an individual who will be responsible to apply statistical concepts / tools in risk modeling and able to identify, collect, analyze andvalidate data for development of risk models. He / She will provide technical assistance by utilizing statistical applications / software in various phases of development, calibration and validation of risk models.
The successful candidate should meet the following minimum requirements:
• Qualification & Experience:
Ideal candidate in this role will be MSc Statistics / Econometrics / BSc Statistics from a reputed institution with minimum 1-2 years of banking or consulting firm experience in Risk Modeling Area.
