A leading Oil Marketing Company, is looking for result-oriented, highly professional & self-motivated
individuals for the following positions:
o Develop and Implement a strategic three to five year, growth-oriented and sustainable, business plan, and establish CAPEX,
Revenue. OPEX and Headcount forecasts, o Financial performance, including revenue and P&L profitability management will be key metrics, as well as general operational performance.
o Spearhead business development and sale, of all white and black oil products, to enhance company’s brand value and market footprint.
o Strategize new fuel farms development and ensure optimal efficiency in the existing supply chain, o Promote synergies between “Business Units” and ensure that all BU’s are geared towards company’s strategic targets. Desired Skills and Experience:
o Minimum fifteen years of experience within oil downstream industry and five years in a similar role, o Cross functional experience of both Sales and Fuel Farm Operations is mandatory.
o Candidates who also have a technical background in fuel farm and pipeline development will be at an advantage.
Assistant General Manager
o Assist in development and implementation of a strategic three to five year, growth-oriented and sustainable, business plan, and
establish CAPEX. Revenue, OPEX and Headcount forecasts, o Financial performance of the assigned portfolio (Energy/ Non-Energy) as well as general operational performance, o Strategize operational infrastructure to help the company to gain a competitive advantage.
o Develop, manage and motivate the assigned “Business Units” and ensure that all BU’s are geared towards company’s strategic targets.
o Periodically analyze the market environment and devise tailor made strategies to ensure company’s competitive advantage. Desired Skills and Experience:
o Aspecialist within a cross functional domain. Candidates who have excelled in either Retail (White Oil) or Commercial / Key Accounts
(White and Black Oil) with a sound fuel farm operations understanding are encouraged to apply, o Minimum twelve years of experience within oil downstream industry and three years in a similar role, o Cross functional experience of both Sales and Fuel Farm Operations is mandatory.
Manager – Engineering
o Lead and coordinate multi discipline engineering activities to ensure smooth execution of engineering activities across the company. Maintains HSSE focus within the team to ensure OHSE requirements are met in each plan and procurement. Lead the in-house design team on the future projects and liaison with the consultant where required. Reduce both the cost and turnaround time of maintenance jobs.
Develop project schedules and ensure work management in accordance to the planned schedule.
Monitors cost aspects of the project and maintenance activities within direct control to forecast final costs, identifies trends and takes action to avoid cost overruns. Assist procurement in technical bid evaluation.
Develop quality control and ensure that the standards are maintained as per the company and regulators requirements. Desired Skills and Experience:
o The ideal candidate will be Mechanical/ Civil engineer who has led engineering teams within downstream oil industry or within an EPC Company (O&G).
o Minimum ten years of experience within relevant industry and three years in a similar role, o Strong grasp on the subject of instrumentation is a desired attribute.
o Managers who have designed and executed fuel farms and pipelines are strongly encouraged to apply, o An engineering degree with major in Mechanical/Civil from duly recognized and chartered university is mandatory.
Manager – South
o Lead and manage multi disciplinary teams positioned in the southern region of the country, o Achieve retail development and retail sales targets as agreed with the management of the company, o Strategize key account development for both black and white oil products for customer base in the region, o Supervise regional operation and logistic teams to ensure that the functions are executing the assigned responsibility diligently, o Sets clear objectives to the team, including achieving productivity and budget targets.
o Develop strong administrative controls across the offices and facilities operating in the southern region of the country. Desired Skills and Experience:
o A specialist within a cross functional domain who has been operating in the southern region of the country. Candidates who have excelled in either Retail or Commercial / Key Accounts (White and Black Oil) with a sound fuel farm operations understanding are encouraged to apply.
o Minimum ten years of experience within oil downstream industry and three years in a similar role.
Manager (Legal & Corporate Affairs)
o Provide legal counsel to all BU’s such as franchising, JV’s, taxation, human resource etc. o Minimize company’s legal exposure with optimal efficiency, o Represent company on industry and government forums. Desired Skills and Experience:
o Degree in law (Preferably) from a reputable foreign university or from a recognized institution in Pakistan.
o Eight to ten years of working experience as lawyer / legal consultant with any reputable company and hands on experience of dealing
in company / corporate law affairs, downstream petroleum laws, Ministry of Petroleum. FBR etc. o Preference will be given to candidates with prior practical experience of the downstream petroleum sector.
