Position: Operations Manager (01 position)
Min Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
Min Experience: 5 years in well-known reputable Hotel or Club or Restaurant
Main duties & Responsibilities: The Operations Manager Is responsible for ascertaining the needs and desires of USEA members at post for commissary and cafeteria services and oversees the daily operations of both outlets. The incumbent develops budgets, prepares new menus, sets, monitors and meets sales targets, controls costs, controls nutrition and quality, and purchases stock. The Operations Manager develops implements and evaluates standard operating procedures to control costs, inventories, and portion size.
Required Skills: A team player and ability to work in a fast paced environment. Ability to work long hours in a professional manner. Understanding of food safety, cleanliness and personal hygiene. Ability to read, write and understand English (Level-4). Able work under own initiative and follow written and verbal instructions.
