Responsibilities Include:
Formulating strategic objectives, employee compensation structun development, staff training & HR information systems Developing framework for HR & Administration Management Enforcing policies & procedures of HR & Administration
Developing a support team for the provision of services in key functions including personnel management, administrative services, estate & fleet management, office services, security, training & staff welfare Managing events
Ensuring maintenance and upkeep of PCB stadiums all over Pakistan
