Job Title Qualification Experieace
CiJKtoTre MBA (2 years) with at least Mtfilmum of 5 years post qualification experience m CaB Cenfo Set up (work experience in a multinational w*» be preferred). Ho bo responsible for foBowing:- • Create and maintain appropriate Call Center performance standards; and maintain effective evaluation processes to ensure Call Center performance objectives are met. • Create and utilize Call Center Management tools to accurately forocast and dotermme appropriate staffing and agent scheduling.
Manager Training Call Centre 3.0OM.OO CGPA from an HEC recognized University. Minimum of 5 years post qualification expenence m Call Centre specific trainings and customer services (work experience in a multinational w»H be preferred). Ho will be responsible for following: - • Train, mentor. motivate and cnt«que performance of CaH Center staff through constructive feedback • Must be able to demonstrate good planning, organizing, coordinating and directmgleading skills
System Administrator Master/Bachelor (Four years) Degree m Computer related NeW from reputed HEC recognized InstituliorVUnivorsity Certification m Linux. Solans. AIX is proferred At least 3 years post qualification experience. Knowiodgo of network security and database administration wiflbeaplus
