EMPLOYMENT IN WAPDA (WATER WING) ON CONTRACT BASIS
Pakistan WAPDA invites applications to fill in few vacancies of Environment & Sociology for Water Wing Projects. Tarbela and Dasu Hydropower Project for appointment on one year contract basis (likely to be extended on satisfactory performance).
Dy. Director (Environment); BPS-1 post
M.Sc (Environmental Sciences) with thesis in EHS or study EHS as major subject OR Mic Environmental Engineering from the university recognized by PEC/HEC. Having 5 years of practical experience In water related mega projects specifically in the implementation of EMMP/EMP of Hydropower Project Ph.D in environment will be preferred. Fluent in English Language (RWI) and Pashtu Language (RWI). Knowled^of Computer Operating System.
Assistant Director (Environment) BPS-17

Having 3 years of practical experience with firms of repute working on implementation of EMMP/EMP of water related mega projects (Hydropower Projects). Assistant Director (Sociology) BPS-17 Ex-Cadre post
M.Sc (Sociology) from the university recognized by HEC. Having 3 years of practical experience with firms of repute dealing with Social Sciences, Gender Sensitivities, Project affected people aspirations, Grievances, Redressel Mechanism, tendency to be amiable and social issues related to mega Hydel Projects. Fluent in English Language (RWI) and Pashtu Language (RWI). Knowledge of Computer Operating System.
