Consultancy Services Required
The Directorate of Science & Technology. Peshawar, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites technical and financial proposals from well reputed and registered consultants / firms having sound relevant experience of conducting research/policy studies, strategies development and strategic planning/roadmap
development in the relevant sector for development of a roadmap sponsored through a scheme titled as “Roadmap for Promotion and Development of S&T in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa”.
Detailed Terms of Reference (ToRs) can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on any working day on cash payment of Rs. 1.000/-.
Separate Sealed envelopes of Financial & Technical proposals as to reach the undersigned within 15 days of its first publication of this advertisement positively along with complete consultants / firms profile and previous work/ experience of similar nature. A bank draft of 2% earnest money of the financial bid in favor of the Director S&T, Peshawar should be enclosed with the bid/proposal. A meeting for Technical evaluation of the proposals by evaluation committee will be held on 20-03-2012 and date for Financial evaluation will be announced by the committee on the same day.
Required conditions:
1. Technical and financial proposals should be in separate sealed envelopes
2. Incomplete proposal will not be accepted.
3. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or alt proposals with out assigning any reason(s).
