1    Programme  Development &  Execution Specialist    Degree (with minimum 16 years of education) in Management Sciences from an HEC recognized institution.  Minimum 2 years of experience with relevant portfolio (Work experience in a Government Setup will be an  added benefit)  Age Limit: up to 35 years  Preference will be given to the candidate having.  Technical Writing Experience (Proposals. Concept Notes, etc.) with writing samples Team Management experience ‘ Diverse & robust Event Management Experience (public festivals, conferences, etc.) Campaigning Expenence (Promotional campaigns) Public Speaking Exposure  *    Crowd Management Skills  *    Extensive presentation skills Proven Aesthetic Sense  *    Strong interpersonal & communication skills  Strong command over technology & new media related to programme management  *    Computer literacy & office automation
2    Media Specialist    Degree (with minimum 16 years of education) in Social Sciences/ Mass Communication or equivalent from a HEC recognized institution  Minimum 2 years of relevant expenence with portfolio in a professional, corporate, or government setup. Age Limit: up to 35 years Preference will be given to the candidate having: Exposure of mainstream media  *    Knowhow of print, electronic, & new media (both English & Urdu)  *    Public Speaking Exposure  Experience in promotional writing for magazines and newspapers  *    Strong interpersonal & communication skills Strong command over technology & new media  *    Computer literacy & office automation  *    Exposure of promoting tourism related activities
3    Communication  Design  Specialist    Degree (with minimum 16 years of education) in Communication Design from a HEC recognized institution  Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a corporate or government setup with portfolio (Attach design portfolio)  Age Limit: up to 35 years  Preference will be given to the candidate having:  *    Robust graphics designing experience  *    Extensive campaign branding experience of national level ‘ Publications designing experience  *    Office automation skills  *    Mastery of designing software suites e.g. Adobe & Coral
4    Creative Writer    Bachelor’s degree (with minimum 16 years of education) from a HEC recognized institution Relevant experience & portfolio (Attach writing samples) Age Limit: up to 35 years Preference will be given to the candidate having: Publications in international journals  *    Other publications  Excellent communication and language skills (English) Proof-reading & Editing skills  *    Experience in newsletters and same kind of publications  *    Articles writing  ‘ Office automation skills
5    Web & Social  Media  Specialist    Degree (with minimum 16 years of education) in I.T7 Computer Sciences from a HEC recognised institution  Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a corporate or government setup with portfolio (Attach Web & Social Media portfolio) Age Limit: up to 35 years Preference will be given to the candidate having: Demonstrated vast social media network  *    Web development expenence (HTML, PHP. etc.)  *    Knowhow of object oriented programming  ‘ Having web designing experience e.g. adobe Photoshop. Corel Draw etc.  *    Good communication skills  *    Good office automation skills  *    Having experience in Urdu typing e.g. In-Page Urdu / MS Word Urdu mode  *    Knowhow of new media  *    Experience in managing Government social media accounts ‘ Experience in database management  *    Administrator-ship of popular social media pages, forums, & websites
6    Programme Assistant    Degree (with minimum 16 years of education) in Management/ Social sciences from a HEC recognised institution  1 year of relevant experience with portfolio Age Limit: up to 30 years  Preference will be given to the candidate having:  *    Technical Writing Experience (Proposals, Concept Notes, etc.)  *    Excellent English writing and verbal language skills  *    Extensive presentation skills  *    Strong interpersonal & communication skills  *    Strong command over technology & new media related to programme management  *    Computer literacy & office automation
