A public utility Company requires the services of a Company Secretary. The professional should be of a high caliber to meet the requirements of Company Secretary as detailed below: JOB PROFILE:

The Company Secretary will be responsible for effectively managing the Company’s Corporate and Secretariat functions. He will ensure compliance with statutory provisions of all corporate laws applicable to listed and non listed public companies with code of corporate governance. A proactive, result oriented Professional with established credibility and performance record is required to have strong leadership, inter-personal & communication skills. The Company Secretary will report to Board of Directors.

The applicant must possess a master degree in Business

Administration along with Law graduation from a university

recognized by the Higher Education Commission and having at

least five years relevant experience.

AGE: The candidate should be in the Age Bracket of 40-50 years.

REMUNERATION:

An attractive market based lump sum salary package along with a Company maintained car or conveyance allowance with other admissible benefits, including comprehensive medical coverage for self and family from a recognized Hospital. TENURE:
