10-15 years post-qualification experience.

Candidates must possess initiative and drive, and should have broad relevant knowledge. They should have good administrative expertise and should also possess excellent computer skills coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The individuals will be involved in the planning, coordination and control of manufacturing processes. They must have high level of skills in pharmaceutical production especially with reference to solid dosage form including but not limited totableting, coating, capsulation and powder. They must have knowledge to build the infrastructure, team and a manufacturing unit that is USFDA-compliant. They will ensure that the desired quantity is produced at desired time, cost and quality. They must possess expertise to develop and effectively implement Quality Assurance function, as per latest concepts. Maximum 35-45 years

He should have good administrative expertise and should also possess excellent computer skills coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The manager HR will be responsible for the induction, development and retention of the human capital of the organization. He will support management by developing policies and procedures for the implementation of effective HR practices. He will be responsible to perform all functions of HR. He will be responsible to ensure effective implementation of administrative practices and to keep them aligned with company standards. Maximum 35-45 years
4. Manager Services

Graduation/Master/Preferably MBA

10 years post-qualification experience.

The individual must possess initiative and drive, should have broad relevant management expertise, and must possess excellent computer skills coupled with outstanding written and verbal communicaion skills.

Manager services will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of residential premises, housekeeping, security, boarding and lodging of guests.

Rolo &    Manager TQM will be responsible for the

Responsibilities: implementation of systems and procedures (ISO-9001 QMS, ISO-14001 EMS, HACCP – Food Safety Standard, ISO-17025 & Organic Certification ECC-2092/91) as per the requirements of various International Standards. He will ensure that all management systems are effectively implemented and maintained according to the International Standards. He will arrange training workshops/ seminars for development of human resource and conduct internal audits and to coordinate with calibration, regulatory and certification bodies. 6.    Executive TQM    No. of positions = 01 Qualification: B.E./MBA (TQM)/MBA (HR)/MBA (IT)

The individual should have positive attitude and must possess initiative and drive. Must have excellent computer skills coupled with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

He/she will assist in development of procedures and effective implementation cf requirements defined in International Standards for Quality, Environment, Food Safety. Occupational Health & Safety. He/she will also assist in the function of training and development and in the development of effective monitoring and control function within the organization.
