The University is looking for a dynamic, experienced and competent professional for fhe position of Registrar who shall serve as a focal person to coordinate by providing academic and administrative leadership and supervision. The Registrar will be responsible for controlling and executing departmental operations, policies and procedures in accordance with standards and rules of the i University with collaborative spirit
Registrar (BPS 20)
•> University management and leadership by establishing appropriate staff and operational support at faculty and department levels.
Developing and executing campus procedures and policies related to registration and student records.
❖ Developing appropriate evaluation mechanisms that lead to continuous irrprovement of the University.
<• Supervising and evaluating the records andregistration of staff.
❖ Organizing and administering the records of the University on functions including general administration, tianscnpt evaluations admissions and the certification process tn order to provide maximum service to students while ensuring efficient and effect we workflow,
❖ Participating and serving as part of the Student Services Team. Leading initiatives as determined by the University.
❖ Providing leadership and developing appropriate recommendations for the implementation of related technology application support of enhanced services offered.
❖ Coordinating and collaborating w*th administrators, deans and directors to facilitate and improve services to students and staff as guided by the statutory bodies of the University.
❖ Serving as ex-officio member of academic and administrative committees as set-up by the University,
❖ Participating ffi professional development acfrMes and serving on committees that support the goals and objectives of the University.
Any other assignment / job. as assigned by the competent authority of the Unrversity from time to time
Master or equivalent degree from HEC recognized institution wrth at least 17 years academic or administrative experience, preferably in an academic institution as an officer BPS-17 and above, including two yeai6 experience in BPS-19
PhD degree from HEC recognized institution and at least 10 years academic or administrative experience, preferably in an academic institution as an officer n BPS-17 and above including two years experience m BPS-10.
