Recruitment of Coordinator Protocol Services (On Contract)
SBP Banking Services Corporation (SBP-BSC) was established in 2002 as a wholly owned subsidiary of State Bank of Pakistan. As an operational arm of State Bank, SBP-BSC, having its Head Office at Karachi, operates through a network of 16 Field Offices across the country. The Bank is in process of strengthening its Protocol Services area and therefore invites applications from individuals possessing required experience for the position of Coordinator Protocol Services (on Contract).
| Job Responsibilities
The position is responsible for:
• Developing base line structure for protocol services for SBP & BSC.
• Supervise and ensure provision of travel related services to all employees.
• Strengthening of Travel Helpdesk setup.
• Formulating requisite SOPs based on the best practices.
• Devising an action plan for ensuring quality travel management services.
• Reviewing & evaluating mechanism for protocol area.
• Establishing a framework for ensuring timely settlement of bills and claims etc. | Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Minimum graduation with 14 years of education in any discipline from local/foreign HEC recognized university/institute.
Experience: Minimum 15 years of relevant work experience in large size organization(s) preferably in banking sector.
| Selection Procedure
The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of eligibility criteria and quality/relevance of demonstrated professional experience in a large organization. The shortlisted candidates will be required to appear in an interview before the Selection Board. The selected candidate will be offered appointment on contract basis for a period of two (2) years which may be further extended, based on the performance and Bank’s requirement.
| Compensation Package
The selected candidate shall be offered market based compensation package that commensurate with the responsibilities.
| Place of Posting
The selected candidate will be posted at SBP-BSC, Head Office, Karachi. However, the incumbent can be posted at any of its field offices across the country.
