Our client is a loading oil marketing company having nationwide marketing and distribution network The Company is seeking to reinforce its senior management team by inducting high calibre, dynamic and experienced professionals for the following senior positions:
Senior Management

Positions in Oil Marketing Sectoi
Senior General Manager (Finance & IT)

The position will lead the Finance & Information Technology division in overall strategc planning and forecasting to enable the company to remain future focused The maimbent wJl provide strategic thrust to various Accounting and Financing functions of the company with specific reference to General Accounting. Taxation. Treasury & Funds Management. Accounts Payable. Credit & Bring and other associated functions Moreover the incumbent wil also be responsible for leading and overseeing the Information Technology function to ensure business continuity

The candidate would be a member of recognized body of professional accountants with minimum 20 years of professional experience of which 8-10 years shouM be at a senior management position in a oomparabte organization The candidate should not be more than 55 years of age

Senior General Manager (Human Resource & Services)

The position will lead the Human Resource & Services division m formulation & implementation of policies based on best practices for Talent Acquisition. Organization Development. Succession Planning. Performance Management. Compensation & Benefits and Union Reiabons The incumbent would devise strategies for smooth implementation of various change management insiatives. spearhead efficient and cost effective operations of various business support functions inciuding purchasng of all products and services (other than petroleum products). Administration and Security of employees and Company assets

The candidate would have a degree in Business Administration and/or Engineenng (16 years of education) from HEC recognized Institutes with minimum 20 years of professional experience of vstiich 08-10 years should be at a senor management position in a comparable organization. The candidate should not be more than 55 years of age

General Manager (Human Resources)

The position will be responsible for implementation of all HR related policies, conduct periodic manpower analysis for effective resource planning, propose succession and career plans and collaborate for development plans for Ivgh potential employees, maintain cordial employee relations for industnal peace The incumbent wtfl ensure that reward program is performance driven and company’s Compensation & Benefits programs are in line with the market practices
