Job Profile
Senior Manager Corporate Sales is responsible for managing sales of Corporate products and services. He is involved in designing sales & marketing strategy with guidelines.
Duties and Responsibilities
Design Corporate Products & Services
- Design and sell Corporate Products & Services to Multinationals, Financial Institutions, Banks, Govt., Local companies and telecom sector as ICT Services provider.
Design Sales & Marketing Strategy
- Design Sales & Marketing Strategy that can compliment corporate services with guidelines provided.
- Carry out Corporate Marketing and Promotions with respect to Market point of View.
Gather Customer Feedback
- Gather customer Feedback for proper positioning of our products for optimal performance with maximum benefit to the corporate Customers.
- Build strong relationship with Corporate Clients to ensure they continue to avail our services.
Liaison with Corporate Services & Product Development wing
- Gather support from Product and support Managers of CS& PD Wing in providing solutions to the corporate customers.
- Respond to all RFPs in association with the Customer Service and Product Development Department.
Assess Corporate Need
- Assess corporate needs of services, and expectation from our company
- Identify new business opportunity along with solving current pending support problems.
Control activities
− Ensure compliance with budgets, targets, and deadlines through the implementation of cost-efficient controls
− Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards
Undertake performance management:
− Monitor and evaluate reporting employees
To develop motivated sales team within given organogram
