Job Title: Software Developer

Qualification:

BCS or equivalent from any HEC recognized university. Skills:

•    At least 1 year of development experience in NET (C#) and SQL Server Strong Programming & problem solving skills.

•    Proven ability to design and implement a software module. Job Description:

•    Design and develop new modules for all existing products of TeleSehat

•    Perform enhancement in existing modules of all products of TeleSehat.

•    Fix customer and OA reported bugs in existing modules of all products of TeleSehat

•    Provide technical support to OA team.

•    Provide Technical support to customer Support Team.

•    Responsible for Technical Documentation including user manuals.

•    Providing on site and online support to the existing customers. Job Title:

Customer Support Engineer

Qualification:

BCS or equivalent from any HEC recognized university. Skills:

•    At least 1 year of customer support experience.

•    Experience in documenting and executing test plans & test cases.

•    Experience in Release management & upgrades. Job Description:

•    Responsible for installation of TeleSehat solutions at customer locations that may require traveling.

•    Responsible for assisting marketing people to conduct product demos.

•    Responsible for providing technical support during hours assigned.

•    Responsible for creating product documentation including user manuals.

•    Responsible to write and perform test cases for all the features in the TeleSehat solutions.

•    Verify customer issues in the TeleSehat application solutions.

•    Provide a knowledge base to internal and external customers on TeleSehat solutions.

•    Provide accurate problem descriptions, with all necessary support documentation for the development team.

•    Work as team to meet contractual support requirements.

•    Provide resolution of customer issues by having a strong understanding of the TeleSehat application.

•    Assist in the education of clients on the TeleSehat application solutions.
