The following posts arc lying vacant in Civil and Sessions Courts, Multan. Application from the desirous having the required qualifications detailed below, are invited:-


If no suitable candidate is available for appointment against the abovementioned quotas, these posts, except posts reserved for 03% disabled quota, shall be filled in through direct recruitment on the basis of open merit.

Rules &. Regulations:

i)    The permanent address of candidate mentioned in his CNIC shall be treated as District of Domicile.

ii)    Candidates can download application form for the post of Stenographer from the website of this office (multan.dc.lhc.gov.pk) as well as by hand from this office.

iii)    Last date of receiving application for the said post will be 08.08.2015. Applications received after due date or through fax/e-mail will not be entertained.

iv)    List of candidates eligible for test will be published on 25.08.2015 on website of this office(multan.dc.lhc.gov.pk) as well as notice board of this office.

v)    Typing/shorthand test of eligible candidates will be held on 28.08.2015 at 08:00 a.m. in Computer Lab of Government Emerson College, Bosan Road, Multan. All the candidates appearing in test shall bring with them their original CNIC otherwise they will not be eligible for test.

vi)    Only candidates who qualified in typing/short hand test will be called for interview which will be held on 03.09.2015 at 08:00 a.m. in the Court of District & Sessions Judge, Multan.

vii)    The candidates are required to specifically mention in their application as to whether their relative is already working in Civil/Sessions Courts, Multan and if his relative is already working, the candidate will submit an affidavit on a stamp paper mentioning the name and designation and relationship with the said employee.

viii)    The candidate already serving in government or semi government will apply through proper channel or append NOC of the said department with their application.

ix)    The candidates arc required to attach their two recent passport size photograph attested copies of their educational certificate, CNIC and domicile. They will bring original testimonials at the time of interview, incomplete applications will be treated as rejected.

x)    The candidates applying against different quotas and open merit will have to submit only one application. However, he/she shall check all the relevant boxes clearly.

xi)    No TA/DA will be given to the candidates.

xii)    The candidates who arc applying against 03% quota reserved for disabled persons will attach disability certificate issued by a board constituted by competent authority under Disabled Pcrson(Employmcnt and Rehabilitation) Ordinance 1981 and under the rules they will be admissible 10 years age relaxation in upper age limit.

xiii)    Applicants arc required to mention their phone number/cell number ‘in the application.

Recruitment will be made in accordance with the recruitment policy 2004 and Civil and Sessions Courts Establishment Service Rules, 2005.

Recruitment committee has the right to withheld the entire result or partly.
