Job Description:
Supports TEVTAs and provincial/regional stakeholders in the finalization and revision of provincial/regional capacity building plans based on the provincial/regional NSS implementation plans
Supports the design of tailor-made capacity building programmes for each TEVTA based on a critical assessment and evaluation of the present management and operating systems of the TEVTAs, including HR management, planning, budgeting and reporting systems, information management system, M&E system and quality assurance system Assists TEVTAs and provincial/regional TVET authorities to develop and use an appropriate management system and to build up a “TEVTA culture-Assists TEVTAs in the implementation of the national quality management system for TVET institutions at regional/provincial level Supports TEVTAs to develop and implement a modern human resource management system

Job Description
Assists in finding and undertaking appropriate mechanisms to involve private sector representatives in TVET planning and monitoring in their provinces and regions Conducts capacity building activities on principles and approaches in public-private partnership in TVET targeting public as well as private sector stakeholders Promotes PPP and ensures, in cooperation with the provincial/regional capacity building managers, that at least one public-private partnership model is implemented in each province/region during the duration of the component
Facilitates the development and operationalization of result monitoring mechanisms for PPPs in Pakistan
Keeps contact with the German-Pakistan training initiative in Karachi and ensures a permanent learning process from each other
Ensures that knowledge and experience from PPP activities in the provinces and regions are appropriately communicated at Programme level and within the national discussions on public-private partnership in TVET
Facilitates and organises workshops, seminars and capacity building events for provincial/regional stakeholders on public-private partnership in TVET Facilitates communication and experience sharing between stakeholders at provincial and regional levels

Job Description:
Undertakes training needs assessments of TEVTA staff in the provinces and regions Develops a training plan for the components, in response to the training needs assessments

Delivers training programmes in accordance with the training plan
Monitors the training and the training results
Coordinates all activities with other component staff to ensure that component activities are appropriately synchronized and synergies enhanced Develops a framework for result monitoring of training activities focussed on the application of what has been learnt
Plans and organises other learning and experience sharing events aimed at deepening and sustaining learning, such as coaching, peer group activities, e-access to learning resources, etc.
Facilitates communication, knowledge sharing and learning about management training for TVET authorities in Pakistan within the component and the Programme
