POSITIONS VACANT

Applications are invited from Pakistani nationals to fill the following positions in the Higher Education Commission on contract basis:

i.    Applicants are required to apply on the prescribed Job Application Form available online at URL: http://hjp.hec.gov.pk. Hard copy of the same along with three photographs and attested photocopies of CNIC and required documents including domicile certificate and a receipt of application processing fee should also be provided at the given postal address. An amount of Rs. 300/- may be deposited in the online A/C No. 0112-7900567403 of HEC maintained for the purpose in Habib Bank Ltd. A proforma for depositing funds is available at http://www.hec.gov.pk/payment. Bank draft/ pay order is also acceptable as application processing fee.

ii.    Apply Separately for each post. In case of selection, the candidate working in Government Department or Autonomous or Semi-Autonomous Bodies will have to resign or seek retirement before joining the new assignment.

iii.    Last date for receipt of applications is 27-08-2012. Incomplete / late applications will not be entertained. Those already in Govt. Service should apply Through Proper Channel. Age relaxation will be given as per government rules. The experience as part time, honorary, apprentice and internee will not be considered / counted as experience. Only eligible candidates will be called for test/interview. Interviews of eligible candidates residing outside Islamabad/Rawalpindi region and vicinity will be conducted via video conferencing at the nearest possible location of the candidates (i.e. Karachi, Lahore. Peshawar and Quetta).

iv.    HEC reserves the right to reject any or all the applications without assigning any reason. No TA/DA will be admissible for interview. Name of the post should be clearly mentioned on the application / envelope. Applicants who have already applied for any of the above posts shall apply afresh.
