Applications are invited from In-Service Medical Officer/Women Medical Officer BPS-17 In the Health Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the Posts of Junior Registrar BPS-17 in the following specialization of Lady Reading Hospital Peshawar.

Qualification

•    MBBS or equivalent qualification.

•    Preference will be given to candidates having at least two years service in Periphery.

•    Application on simple paper along with copies of the relevant documents and academic Certificate (duly attested) should reach to the Office of the undersigned on or before 22-9-2011 through proper channel with a copy in advance. The application will support the following documents.

1. Name. 2. Father’s Name. 3. Date of Birth. 4. Date of Joining Government Service.

•    Service experience in recognized Hospital (If any).

•    Professional MMBS Exam and House Job Certificate.

•    Domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

•    Higher qualification.

•    Certificate from the DGHS Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to the effect that the individual has not worked as Junior Registrar in the entire service.

•    A demand draft of Rs. 500/- for payable in the name of Chief Executive LRH Peshawar shall be attached with the application.

•    Public Service Commission appointment order notified by the Govt.

•    Interview shall be in the office of the undersigned on 1-10-2011.

Not*:

•    Incomplete application will note be entertained

•    Original document will be produced at the time of interview.

•    Only Regular MO/WMOS: PBS-17 will be eligible for the said post.

•    Doctors who have already worked as Junior Registrar are not eligible.

•    No TA/DA will be paid to the Candidates attending interview.
