Directly responsible for all academic issues within the centre.
Provide leadership, oversight and coordination of course profiles, coursework programmes, teaching and learning and student affairs.
Eligibility: ■ PhD in Education / Masters from a foreign university
■ Excellent academic leadership and management skills and experience
Marketing Manager
Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities. Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information. Eligibility: ■ MBA/ M.Com. qualification majored in marketing from a chartered university
■ Proven experience in customer and market research
Deputy Director Teacher Training & CPD
Promote good relations with parents and community members. Develop, prepare and manage teacher training across the country.
Develop modules of Continual Professional Development (CPD) and prepare teacher training / CPD manuals. Eligibility: ■ Masters in Education majored in Teacher Training / CPD from a local or foreign university
■ 5+ years experience in the field of Master Trainers
Subject Specialists
Identifying the learning and training needs of the students and the teachers, viz. conceptual, skills, comprehension, communication and professional development.
Develop the needs assessment tool for their areas of intervention. Identifying core academic issues at primary and secondary levels. Eligibility: ■ Masters in relevant subject from a local or foreign university
■ 3+ years experience in the field of Lesson Planning
Sales & Franchise Support Executive
Implement Sales Strategic Plan.
Support Network Associates for opening of schools.
Eligibility: ■ 3+ years of business sales experience and willing to travel countrywide
■ BBA/ BS qualification from a chartered university
Deputy Director Curriculum & Examinations
Preparing and managing strong and appropriate Lesson Plans. Implementing the academic policies relating to curriculum and examination.
Eligibility: ■ Masters in Education majored in Curriculum Development / Assessment from a local or foreign university
■ 5+ years experience in the field of Academics
MIS / IT Manager
Responsible for ensuring that technological resources work reliably, meet production goals and will function into the future. Providing system stability across platforms.
Eligibility: ■ BS or BE in Computer Science from a chartered university
■ 5+ years hands on experience in the field of Networking
Manager Quality Assurance
Develop QA process and control mechanism.
Prepare Operating Manuals (Academic, QA, Admin.).
Resolve complaints of network associates / parents.
Eligibility: ■ 2+ years of Quality Assurance and compliance experience
■ BE / Diploma of Associate Engineer / BBA
Marketing Executive
