Assistant Director, Program Assessment: (Engineering, Technology & Sciences, ETS)
Education, Experience and SkUls: 1s’ class Master degree in engineering/relevant field from an HEC recognized University/Institution, with at least 5 years of experience in review, analysis & assessment of technical reports, information/data, enhancing student/faculty learning, & excellent verbal communications & technical report writing skills in English are required. Experience in quality assurance & enhancement in higher education e.g. in HEC/PEC is preferred. Knowledge of statistics & M.S Office is a must.
Assistant Director, Program Assessment: (Health and Allied Sciences, HAS)
Education, Experience and Skills: 1st class degree in M.Phil, in Medicine/Dentistry/ relevant field from an HEC recognized University/ Institution, with at least 5 years of experience in review, analysis & assessment of technical reports, information/data, enhancing student/faculty learning. & excellent verbal communications & technical report writing skills in English are required. Assistant Director, Teaching, Learning and Professional Development TLP
Education, Experience and Skills: 1st class Master degree, preferably Ph.D., in education/relevant field from an HEC recognized University/Institution, with at least 5 years of experience in education, training & research, ability to develop training packages & continuing professional development courses (meeting PEC / HEC requirements) & developing & offering short professional workshops/seminars. Excellent verbal communications & technical report writing English skills. Knowledge of M.S Office is a must.
Assistant Director, External Affairs and Public Relations, EAR
Education, Experience and Skills: 1st class Master Degree in Business Administration or Public Relations from an HEC recognized university/ Institution with at least five years experience in developing and maintaining good relations with donors, industry, media , private and government Sectors in raising external funding, as well as building public confidence, trust and image of the university. Excellent verbal communications, negotiation, public speaking and technical report writing skills in English are required. Knowledge of M.S Office is a must.
Secretary/Personal Assistant:
Education, Experience and Skills: 1st class graduate from an HEC recognized university/ Institution with at least two years experience in office communications and management. Computer certificate from a recognized institution with a minimum speed of ten thousand key depressions per hour for punching data entry/ verification is essential. Knowledge of M S Office is a must
Data Analyst:
Education. Experience and Skills: 1st Class Master Degree in Computer Sdence/IT, with very strong background in statistics ( preferably an M.S in Statistics) from an HEC recognized university/ Institution with at least 5 years experience in data / information review, analysis, assessment, interpretation, management & reporting. Knowledge of statistical methodologies, tools, & system technologies & techniques as well as full awareness & numerical ability in the usage of the latest statistical software(s). He/She should be able to develop rules & methodologies for effective data management. Excellent verbal communications & technical report writing English skills. Ability to show initiative, good judgment, resourcefulness. Sound knowledge of M.S Office is a must.
