Indus Resource Centre, a non_governmental organization in Sindh is looking for capable and committed personnel for the following positions.-
Social Mobilisers (male and female): Responsibilities include engagement ot communities tor identi tication of poor youth and women as potential beneficiaries, formation and strengthening of community organizations, counseling of trained beneficiaries and building linkages with other stakeholders and potential employers. Master's degree in Social Science or B E in electrical or mechanical with relevant training from reputable institutions is necessary. Experience as vocational or technical trainer will be an added qualification. Training Coordinator.- will be responsible for developing training curriculum tor preparatory courses in English, Mathematics, Science etc. networking with training institutions and individual trainers, documentation of training, follow.up with trainees, and information dissemination about possible advanced technical training institutes. Master's degree in any Social Science or Engineering degree with at least 5 years' experience of coordination, designing and delivering various
types of preparatoiy courses for youth will be an essential requirement Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will be responsible for preparation ol niouitoiiiig tools and formats, field monitoring according to the indicators, writing of analytical monitoring reports, making recommendations for corrective actions, writing case studies, and documentation of lessons learned.
