EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR (LEGAL & CORPORATE AFFAIRS)
A large public sector organization working in a challenging environment invites applications from candidates for the Post of Executive Director (Legal & Corporate Affairs) who will be offered a fixed market-based package on contract basis. Initial term of contract will be three years, extendable with mutual agreement on satisfactory performance Thelmnimum qualifications and experience required for the post of “Executive Director Legal & Corporate Affairs”is asunder:-
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
Master in Law (LLM) from a reputable University reorganized by the HEC or a foreign University, having minimum 10 years postqualification experience specifically in corporate law. with a firm ofhigh repute or with the legal department of a listed company. Applicant should have experience of handling and deep understanding of various corporate and commercial laws, tax atTairs as well as industrial
relations and labour laws etc. _
The successful candidate is required to have extensive experience in heading a legal team in a large corporate entity; knowledge of industrial relations, labour laws & service rules of Pakistan, experience in dealing with complex commercial transactions, knowledge of tax laws and demonstrable experience in handling legal and corporate affairs of a large corporate entity. The successful candidate will be expected to lead and build a dynamic and a publicly responsive legal set up with extensive public interaction to lead the organization’s transition to a modern Corporate.
