SITUATIONS VACANT
Applications arc invited for the following post lying vacant at LRH/PGMI Peshawar fro* f candidates having domicile of Khybcr Pakhtunkhwa. They will be governed under the Khybc Pakhtunkhwn Medical & Health Institution anllegulation of Health Service Ordinance 2002 amended in 2006. They will be on probation for a period of one yeai(extendable).
1. Application on simple paper along with copies of the relevant documents and academic certificates (duly attested) should reach to the office of the undersigned on or before 14/04/2013 through proper channel with a copy in advance.
2. A demand draft of (Rs. 500/- for S. 1-4 and Rs. 300/- for 5.5-24) for inland candidates (payable in the name of ChicfExccutivc LRU Peshawar) shall be attached with proscribed form.
3. Candidates interested in the above post should apply on proscribed form, which can be obtained fromestablishmcnt section LRH during office hours.
4. Incomplete / late applications will not be entertained.
5. In-service candidates should apply through their departments.
6. Original documents should be produced on the date of interview.
7. No TA / DA will be paid to the candidates attending interview.
8. Only short listed candidates will be called for interview.
9. For the post of Junior Registrar the candidates will have to submit a certificate issued from the office of the DiroctoiGcncral Health Services Khybcr Pakhtunkhwa that he has never worked as Junior Registrar in his entire service.
