The Sustainable Development cf Willed City of Lahore Project (SDWCLP) is in initiative of Government of the Punjab aimed at regeneration of the Walled City of Lahore and will involve development of the City, restoration of monuments, tourist facilities and public amenities.
Applicaiions are nvited against the following posts from eligible candidates, from public is well as private sector. CMtying experience in relevant field, on competitive market driven salary. Details arc as under:_
RESEARCH ASSOCIATE (FINE ARTS) 01 POST
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The selected candidate will be required to associate with the PMU as a Research Associate (Fine Arts) for the following:
i) Assist in preparation of facade improvement designs of the cultural heritage buildings
ii) Undergoing training in specialized areas of practice in Urban Heritage Conservation including surveying and documentation of heritage buildings and historic urban areas
iii) Recording and analysis of damage
iv) Designing proposals for conservation
v) Rehabilitation and re-use of heritage assets
vi) Specification writing of traditional arts & crafts
vii) Assisting in Project management and supervision
viii) Assisting the PMU Authorities in the above areas of professional work or any other work assigned
be) Assisting the PMU to supervise the implementation
x) Undertaking Physical Plot & Building, topographical, designing, Architecture and Built Environment survey of the WCL in collaboration with the AKTC and SDWCL
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION:
A master’s degree in Fine Arts from an HEC recognized university.
SALARY:
upto Rs.35,000/- per month. ELIGIBILITY:

ARCHITECT (01 POST)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The selected candidate will be required as a Architect for the following:
i) Undergoing training in specialized areas of practice in Urban Heritage Conservation including surveying and documentation of heritage buildings and historic urban areas
ii) Recording and analysis of damage
iii) Designing proposals for conservation
iv) Rehabilitation and re-use of heritage assets
v) Specification writing
vi) Quantity surveying
vii) Project management and supervision
viii) Assisting the PMU Authorities in the above areas of professional work or any other work assigned
ix) Assisting the PMU to supervise the implementation
x) Undertaking Physical Plot & Building, topographical, designing, Architecture and Built Environment survey of the WCL in collaboration with the AKTC and SDWCL
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION:
A bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an HEC recognized University. A post-graduate degree holder shall be preferred.
SALARY:
Upto RsJ5,000/- per month. ELIGIBILITY:

CONDITIONS:
• Only eligible candidates will be called for interview/test
